David (Kip) Denning, CEO

David (Kip) has experience in several industries including construction, finance, software, and others. He has been an entrepreneur and also worked in small and large companies. Clients have included individuals all the way up to large corporations with 8,000 employees, and large public entities.

He has been a student of business and earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. One of his favorite projects was leading the vendor side in working with a state entity to develop training on operational excellence (process improvement). David also manages enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementation projects for local and international clients.

Crystal Robinson, CPA

Crystal Robinson is a native New Yorker but currently resides in Bridgewater, New Jersey. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, an MBA, and is a licensed CPA. In her most recent role, Crystal held a VP of Finance/Corporate Controller role for a start-up pharmaceutical company. Her expertise includes managing all General Accounting and financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting and forecasting and treasury management.

With more than 25 years of public and private accounting experience in various industries, Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to businesses.

After spending over 25 years in “Corporate America”, Crystal decided that she wanted to do something more meaningful. Focusing on providing consulting services to small businesses and individuals while providing mentorship and opportunities to accounting professionals just starting out in their career was a natural thing to do. Crystal is currently partnering with Crescendo Now and is committed to providing clients with excellent service and helping businesses succeed!

Mariah Saxton, Marketing

Mariah graduated from BYU-I in April 2023, with a BS in Professional Studies and an emphasis on Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She has dedicated herself to a mindset of constant learning and growing. While developing her skills she has helped numerous business owners create a strategy to market their businesses.

She finds herself organizing in her spare time to help reset her mindset. When Mariah is not working, she is dedicating her time to her family, which consists of her spouse, two daughters, and two dogs.

Nathan Hansen, Data Scientist

Nathan has built user friendly machine learning forecasting and other data models, along with creating programs that improve workflow.

He graduated from BYU with a BS in Information Systems and a Minor in Mathematics, and joined Crescendo Now in 2022.

Nathan loves anything to do with the outdoors, especially backpacking, rock climbing, skiing, and canyoneering. He has been backpacking in Iceland and all over the western US.
